1. About these terms
These terms apply to everything you buy from getskarp.com and to your use of the site. By placing an order you accept them.
We sell to consumers. If you are buying for a business, some consumer protections in these terms will not apply to you.
Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory Finnish or EU consumer law. Where a term conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights apply.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to order from us.
3. Our products
We sell Skarp Morning, a food supplement, currently in Raspberry and Orange.
Product images are illustrative. The prepared drink is reddish in both flavours because the formula contains beetroot powder as a natural colour.
We publish the full formula and the amount of every active ingredient. Small variations between production batches are possible within normal manufacturing tolerances. If we change the formula in a way that matters, we will say so before you order.
4. Food supplement notice
Skarp Morning is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- A food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Not recommended for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women, without medical advice.
- If you take medication, are under medical care or have a health condition, talk to a healthcare professional before use.
- Check the ingredient list if you have allergies.
Nothing on this site is medical advice.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect misuse. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.
6. Pre-orders
Skarp Morning is currently sold as a pre-order. Your order is placed and paid now, and the product ships when the first production batch is complete.
The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and confirmed by email. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund, including delivery charges. If we cannot deliver by the estimated date, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are not available yet. When they are, the terms of the subscription, including price, billing interval and how to cancel, will be shown before you sign up and confirmed by email. You will always be able to cancel a subscription yourself before the next billing date.
8. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euros and include Finnish VAT at the rate applicable to food supplements.
Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we are not obliged to sell at that price.
9. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, including for pre-orders. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
10. Delivery
We currently deliver within Finland. Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner.
Risk passes to you when the product is handed over to you or to someone you have nominated.
11. Returns, cancellation and refunds
Your 14 day right of cancellation, our 30 day satisfaction guarantee for pre-order customers, and how refunds work are set out in our , which forms part of these terms.
12. If something is wrong
If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are unaffected by anything in these terms.
13. Your account and use of the site
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Do not use the site unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with it, and do not copy our content for commercial use.
14. Intellectual property
The Skarp name, logo, texts, images and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
15. Our liability
We are liable to you for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms.
We are not liable for business losses, and we do not limit or exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under product liability law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
17. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, email skarp@scecomp.com first and we will try to sort it out.
If we cannot agree, you can contact Kuluttajaneuvonta (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) for free advice, and refer the matter to the kuluttajariitalautakunta (kuluttajariita.fi).
18. Governing law
Finnish law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also keep the mandatory protections of your own country's law, and you may bring proceedings there.
