Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the EU you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 day period begins on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive your order.
To cancel, email skarp@scecomp.com with your order number before the 14 day period ends. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.
Pre-orders
Skarp is currently sold as a pre-order and ships when the first production batch is complete. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched and receive a full refund, including any delivery charges. Your 14 day cancellation right also applies as normal once the order arrives.
The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and confirmed by email. If we cannot deliver by that date we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Sealed products and hygiene
Skarp is a food supplement supplied in a sealed jar. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of a jar whose seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
Unopened jars with the seal intact can be returned within the 14 day period.
How to return
- Email skarp@scecomp.com with your order number and let us know what you are returning.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the product back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Please pack it so it arrives undamaged.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning the item, unless the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover the return in full.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier. Refunds go back to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email skarp@scecomp.com within a reasonable time of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
